If I apply, am I committed to Club Staffing?

Once you apply with Club Staffing, you gain access to our devoted recruiters and largest database of allied travel jobs. You can commit to an assignment when you're ready to travel.

What are the minimum qualifications?

To qualify for an allied travel position, you must be a graduate of a U.S.-accredited allied healthcare program, hold a valid professional practice license or certification, and present proof of your right to work in the United States (the most common forms of this are your birth certificate, social security card, or U.S. passport).

How long are the assignments?

Your commitment length is up to you! For travel assignments, your commitment is typically 13 weeks but can vary to be either longer or shorter depending on the facility’s needs. 

I am interested in a job available on Club Staffing. Where do I begin?

Getting started takes no more than five minutes. We require all Club Staffing travelers to complete an application. Once you have submitted your application, you will be required to complete a skills checklist specific to your discipline. Furthermore, you will submit professional references. Once those are complete, a recruiter will follow up with you to help match you to the job you desire!

Which allied health professionals are employed by Club Staffing?

Club Staffing has the largest database of allied travel jobs. From respiratory therapists to medical laboratory assistants. We have partnerships with facilities all over the nation staffing for imaging and respiratory jobs, laboratory jobs, therapy jobs, and more. Submit your application to sync with a recruiter who can find you the ideal assignment of your choice.

Can I take a local assignment?

Yes, you can take an assignment in your hometown. Some healthcare facilities hire local travelers. Contact your recruiter for more information as they are the first to know about the assignment opportunities. 

Can I bring a friend on assignment?

Of course! We encourage you to feel at home when you are on assignment. You have the option to bring a friend, spouse, colleague, and even a pet!

How do I get to my assignment?

Many of our travelers bring their own car on assignment to ensure the freedom to explore. Unless they accept an assignment in a big city, like New York City, where public transportation is available. Furthermore, travel reimbursements are available to travelers, therefore, if you are planning on driving, discuss your options with a recruiter. 

 

How long are travel assignments?

Many assignments are 13-weeks. However, there are assignments that are 8-26 weeks as well. Discuss your availability with a recruiter and they will help you find the assignment you desire most. 

How to prepare for a allied travel assignment?

Your recruiter will help you every step of the way. Once you commit to an assignment, you will receive all information regarding your first day. 

I found an assignment I am interested in. Now what?

Once you have applied, your credentials, along with your selected start date, are sent to the facility in which you have chosen to take an assignment. The hiring manager will review your application and an interview will be set up with the help of your recruiter.  But don't worry, your recruiter will prepare you for each step of the hiring process.

What are the chances I'll get the assignment I want?

Many of our assignments are exclusive. Meaning Club Staffing travelers have exclusivity to the available jobs. Therefore, your chances are extremely high. Furthermore, if your discipline is in high demand, you have more opportunities!

What benefits do you offer?

Our allied travelers are offered a wide variety of benefits including comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. On top of competitive salaries, we offer voluntary benefits such as short-term disability, critical illness, accident insurance, hospital indemnity, as well as a competitive housing deal; 401(k) retirement plan, free continuing education, travel reimbursement, and much more.

 

Do you offer bonuses for referring another traveler/?

Yes, we do! If you refer a qualified allied traveler, you can earn up to $1,000 depending on their discipline. Once they complete their assignment, you get a check! Refer to this page for more details. 

 

How Much Do I Earn?

Our allied travelers are offered some of the highest pay rates per assignment amongst all allied travel agencies. Pay is determined by the healthcare facility, location, and, travelers' experience. You can discuss pay with your recruiter. 

Housing
Do you offer housing?

Yes! We offer furnished housing or a housing stipend if you choose. Our team of experts will work diligently to find you safe, clean, quality accommodations within a reasonable commute time of your facility. See our housing page for more details. 

What housing options do you offer?

We offer two choices for housing. Thus, this allows our travelers the option to choose to house themselves on their own utilizing Airbnb, Furnished Finder, or other various housing services to confirm their stay. OR, they can choose company-paid housing. Both options are considered to be a part of the clinician's overall compensation package. If you choose the housing stipend, will receive a monthly housing stipend or subsidy. The subsidy varies by position and assignment location.

Whether you choose a housing stipend or prefer our housing team to find you housing, both options are considered to be a part of the clinician's overall compensation package.
